  Went rented one of their 10X20 units for 4 years. Sometimes it was difficult to reach somebody at the facility, but they were always pleasant. Another small issue was that the gate to access the property would close at 6pm. However, if you called in advance they would arrange to stay open until 8pm. The last 2 years we were renting there, the monthly rent increased by $10 each January. It's one of the cheapest storage facilities in the area, and overall our experience was good.
